Mercury

Mercury has come a long way since being just a rock nearest Sol. Free Mars has turned it into one of the wealthiest worlds in the Solar System. 


How? Its domed cities are giant moving platforms that roll along the boundary between sunlight and darkness. The inhabited halves of the cities are safely on the dark side, away from the sun's intensity. The other halves are vast expanses of solar energy collectors. Mars has made a fortune collecting and selling solar power.


Notable Locations:

  • Gassendi - the unofficial capital of Mercury. Home of the esteemed University of Mercury - Gassendi. Also home to the popular Mercury Miners baseball team.
