Dr. Silf is a Ventran neuro-doctor trained by preeminent pioneer of the field, Dr. Artem. She also was a peer to the late Dr. Delton Zand. She is more commonly known throughout the Sol System by the name Charity. As Charity, shes' one of the most powerful pirate leaders on Triton, Neptune. In addition to her many connections, she also has a direct link to the ruling Ventran Council.
