Crimson Edge Armoury is one of the two major weapon manufacturers in the Sol system. 

Their headquarters are located in Ares Citadel on Mars. 

While their main competitor PulseCore serves a wider array of customers throughout the system, Crimson Edge has the lucrative exclusive contract with Sol Defense. They also provide weaponry to major mercenary and bounty hunting organizations.

Whereas PulseCore's weapons are more mainstream and utilitarian, Crimson Edge equivalents are more rugged and geared towards military-minded users. That durability and increased firepower makes them more effective but also more costly to produce.
